Dependency issue when Bayesian classification feature is used in tooling or runner

Description:
There are few dependencies required by Bayesian classification feature which are not resolved when used with Siddhi tooling and runner.Packaging dependencies as private or adding dependencies as jar files to the distribution doesn't seem to solve the issue.
