Cannot change IP address of the DESERT stack #3
Description
Actually it is impossible to set a custom IP address for the DESERT instance, so it is possible only to connect with it in the localhost. It may happen that the socket which rmw_desert wants to use is located in another device, different from the one running the ROS application.
