[Feature] document dependency to workspaces and mention entry point

Summary

It is not clear if this exercise can also be used in a on prem VS Code and what requirements (like GH project for workflow) is needed and why. Worst case it only works in workspaces, then it should mention this.

Also for peoples who just want to review the tutorial, maybe mention that the “tutorial” can be found in .github/copilot/steps.

Looking for a tutorial which I can use with on prem vs code and a non GitHub connected project, but take any info.

It is really designed to run in a codespace. You should be able to run this as a devcontainer on premise VS Code. Have you tried that?

It would be additional work to document on premise environment and is not a priority
