Long remarks cannot be seen in the detailed person view

Reason for disagreement: [While the user may not use long remarks frequently, the use of even one single long remark (as shown in the screenshot of the original bug report) can cause other short remarks to not be able to be seen, which can be quite problematic, ie. causes an occasional inconvenience to the user, since they cannot view the shorter remarks without deleting the long remark first.]
