Incorrect command format for `filter` command

A nitpick.

The command format given for filter is, which implies that all of the fields are optional and that filter should be a valid input command.

However, an input filter command causes an error message to be received.

Thanks for pointing it out. We accept the bug.
changing the bug type: This is clearly a documentation issue and can be solved by adding this line in the UG "Filter command requires at least one optional input".
