how to find .py, .json, .java and other script files? all .mov files found dupes and corrupt

How can Python, JSON, batch and other text files be found?

Also, ran this recently against an image of a RAID 10 member and all .mov files were corrupt/unplayable/un-conertable and all images were either cut off or just corrupted in the case of PNG's and many duplicates. Perhaps I need to reduce the options in the conf file.
