Do Min and Max do anything?

If I do:

          "Max": 4,

Then Gonymizer randomises the digits in the relevant column, but does not seem to apply Min and Max in any way. I've had a quick scan of the code, and can't see anywhere those parameters are being applied, but I'm also not a Go expert 😄

Hi @pcolby, they were meant to be used by the AlphaNumericScrambler, but it is possible it was broken by accident during a refactor or removed by accident. It should be pretty easy to add this back in.
