Merge into docs/ of main repo

This "theme" includes specific code which must be synchronized with the framework repo.

Will this code be reused anywhere? If not it will be much simple to move this code into a /docs/ folder of https://github.com/specron/framework and have GitHub Pages run off of that.

Yeah, I think we could move that to the framework repo.
