I'm the author and maintainer of FusionCatcher,
an open-source tool for finding somatic fusion genes in RNA-seq data from Illumina platforms.

About FusionCatcher

FusionCatcher has been actively developed since 2011 and is used by researchers worldwide
in cancer genomics studies. It handles the full pipeline automatically — adapter trimming,
alignment, filtering against known false positives — so you can focus on biology, not
bioinformatics plumbing.
