Feature request: Create template for stackblitz links found in PRs or linked issues

When opening a PR that is fixing an issue that has a Stackblitz reproduction, pkg.pr.new should build and post an additional template from that stackblitz reproduction, but with the dependencies updated to the preview packages. You could crawl the PR description, comments, and linked issues to find a reproduction.
