Update version byte update system #56
Description
Consider moving the data source from stealthbot.net to GitHub, for easier updating. It also may be a good idea to update the file format. The old source would need to retain its current format (a plain text file with values separated by spaces) but ideally be updated automatically by the new source (so they only have to be updated in one place).
