Add Examples and more narrative documentation

Before we do a new release, we seriously need to update the docs to have examples and text that tell users more info than it currently has.

I’m planning to improve the documentation for radiospectra by adding examples and more narrative explanations, starting with the overview and usage examples. Since this issue (#85) is a bit old, I wanted to check with you first:

1. Are there any parts of the documentation that should be prioritized?
2. Have any functions or features changed that I should be aware of?
3. Do you have a preferred style or format for adding examples?

Once I have your guidance, I can start making updates in small PRs to ensure everything stays aligned with the current codebase.
