Education:

1. Create and compile a list of resources, books, articles, and videos that educate about DEI topics and promote understanding.
2. Organize office hours and training sessions to educate members about DEI concepts.
   • As needed, if people are going to bottom line this, we can support.

Community Engagement:

3. Organize Inclusive events, webinars workshops, to hear from the experiences of leaders championing DEI efforts.
   • Workshops: Once every three months, first one before end of March

To Do extra:

• Advertise the Diversity WG as an office hour that people can come to share
• Every call, ask what conferences are going to (if that has changed since the last call)
  • Ask if anyone needs help running a DEI session at that conference
• Achieve a greater diversity of membership in the WG for a broader viewpoint.
