Resources Lua files update needed

I have seen the same issue mentioned, but they were missing details. Key detail is that current resources/process-openmaptiles.lua is not compatible with the newest osm2pgsgl versions (1.8-2.*). AttributeInteger is not available any more. So all Lua files should be edited for new version.
