Describe the bug
The MICROBIN_SHOW_READ_STATS env variable seems to be false by default, but the documentation says default true
To Reproduce
The documentation : https://microbin.eu/docs/installation-and-configuration/configuration#microbin_show_read_stats
Go to the admin panel, you see that MICROBIN_SHOW_READ_STATS is set to false even you didn't set it
Expected behavior
The MICROBIN_SHOW_READ_STATS should be at true, or the doc explaining that the default value is set to false
