Submodule handling

I couldn't see any mention of this in the code or documentation, so how does this work for repositories that contain submodules referring to other repositories? Does each submodule need to be manually anonymized? Can anonymized repositories be cloned?

I did not think about the submodule, it should be possible to handle. I need to think about how to do that.
With the current version, it is not possible to download or clone the anonymized repository.

For submodule of public repo, how about just adding a single link to its repo? This should not break anonymity and be easy to implement.
