Check on step 2

I am trying to run through you scripts for combining SD and Int data in casa, using the M100 data set example.

Eventually looking to combine some TP and ACA data that I have so exploring the best method.

I seem to have it set up ok, and it runs through step 1, processing the SD data, but crashes at the start of step 2.
