Tezbox - cant create account and cant send coins

Hi,
I have Tezbox on Windows 10, connected with Leger Nano S.
I can not create an account  - the message is: There was an error signing this operation with your Leger

And I can not send coins to any wallet - the message is that everthing is OK, but there is no transaction seen on dashboard or in blockchain.

What is wrong?
