Setup bash script for testing JSBSim Models

Create a shell script for running in bash that allows us to execute a single command from the bash command line and execute a set of tests with project boom flight models in the loop.

1. Copy version controlled .xml's to JSBSim library directories
2. Run Sim
3. Compare outputs identify differences
