This application receives mutation scoring results from MultiMutiny (when using the cloud reporter) and makes them available over the internet.
Install dependencies using:
pip2 install -t lib -r lib/requirements.txt
You will also need to create an api_keys.py file, defining a list of valid API keys as API_KEYS.
