Having spoken with a few different groups about leveraging this project, the lack of activity in the past few months is a slight cause for concern, as far as I can tell. (Not shaming anyone, as I've only spoken up in the past 8 hours yetand do not expect a reply, but the point has been consistently raised with everyone who I've pointed this way.)

Personally I'm still evaluating whether this project fits our needs and will probably provide a few more pull requests while doing so. If we decide to use it I'd be happy to maintain it on a more permanent basis.

It's surprising that there seems to be no other open source, cross browser extension framework to get simple extensions done quickly. Especially IE with its lack of proper API is a pain to develop for and everyone seems to be reinventing the wheel every time with code snippets from codeproject.com.
