Update README.md

Proofreading changes made, along with substituting uses of "login," "logout,", and "setup" with "log in," "log out," and "set up" where appropriate to improve grammatical correctness. In the beginning of the tutorial, the link to the Half Day Tutorial, which was previously broken, has also been fixed.
