Fine-tune on new dataset

Hello, author! Can I use the train_multi.py script in the project to fine-tune the model? If possible, could we just use my own new dataset for fine-tuning?

Hi! The easiest way to fine tune the model is to follow the tutorial at

https://icon.readthedocs.io/en/master/medical_training.html

and select "unigradicon" when the tutorial suggests to select a model.
