Recommendation - Senate Seat Data

The House makes finding related records easy as the house districts numbering scheme is straight forward. You can always find who held district 1 of Louisiana. The senate does this a bit with the class system, but it might be worthwhile to create a unique key for Senate Data where each seat is coded by state and class, example format [STATE ABBREVIATION]_[Senate Seat Class Number]. I have done this manually with some work I am doing by a concatenate function after downloading the data, but this could be useful to save a step.

Since the files are maintained substantially by hand, adding another field like that creates more work with relatively little benefit.
