0.2.27 is not published to PyPI

It seems that PyPI still has 0.2.26 as the latest version

The transformers version cap set in v0.2.26 (transformers>=4.51.3,<5.2.0) is causing quite the headache. I see this is fixed in v0.2.27, but I see the deployment of this new version to PyPI failed. Any chance of this being an easy fix? I can use the workaround locally, but it's more of an issue when using a Docker container

There is also #353. It would be great if the project just removed the max version cap. At this point the end developer can just limit it if there is an issue. It really causes havoc doing this especially on a infrequently released project.
