Issue with assumenearbyyear property

Expected behaviour

If I set assumenearbyyear :0 I expect year should advance to 0 years. Current year is 2024 and once user add 01/01/25 is should change to 1925 not 2025.

Actual behaviour

Currently with assumenearbyyearproperty:0 is considered as false and this property is not applied on the datepicker

Datepicker version used

ex. 1.10.1.
