Allow overriding the deployment command

I would like to be able to configure a custom entrypoint, but with the current version that is not possible because the deployment has a hard coded command which would take precedence over the overrides that I define.

I see that this was done in f55a8e4 but there is no new chart version released, is there an ETA on when that will be out? @anthosz @sirn

Hi, there are still some tasks that need to be done before we can release 1.2.0 to ensure some compatibility in the future. See #31 and #27 in particular.
