SSL possibly expired on update site, installer fails on https links

Hello,

When I attempt to install the plugin from the update site, it fails with a 404 error at this location:

https://www.normalesup.org/~simonet/soft/ow/update/plugins/net.vtst.ow.closure.compiler_0.3.0.jar

standard HTTP work ok

http://www.normalesup.org/~simonet/soft/ow/update/plugins/net.vtst.ow.eclipse.js.closure_0.3.0.jar

Is there a way to link to the non https version? I'll submit a pull request if needed. Would love to have this in my Eclipse install!!
