Remove transitional CookieListItem note #280
Description
What is the issue with the Cookie Store API Standard?
As part of #274 we added this note because Chrome currently exposes more information about cookies than is allowed:
Note: One implementation is known to expose information beyond name and value.
As we normally don't have such notes in a specification I'm filing this issue to track eventual removal.
