Deleting a module that is not the current module messing things up

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project.
2. Right click on the editor tab for Teleop and choose Delete.
3. The Teleop module is deleted and its editor tab is removed.
4. The editor tab for Robot looks active.
5. The blocks workspace still shows the Teleop blocks. It should show the Robot blocks.
