Not able to block spotify audio ads

This blocklist works so well but it is not able to block spotify audio ads. I am still getting audio ads. I am using windows hosts blocklist. But still I am getting audio ads please help.

I am not sure I understand your reply.
What is the point of raising an issue about this project if the answer is "use another software"? That would make sense if you imply that this project should be overridden altogether? Which would imply that this project is useless and then the question is "why maintain it at all?"

The point of building an efficient blocklist is that in this form (instead of a browser plugin) you can use it at the DNS level, thus applying it to all devices in your network without having to configure them individually.
At the moment this list does not include the servers that stream advertisements. By including them, the problem would be solved. I guess it's just a matter of knowing their addresses.

Here is another alternative, install spicetify and then install the adblock extension via its marketplace. Thats what I am doing rn
