there should be a functionality for replacing tags via vorbiscomment

vorbiscomment can append tags or remove tags. Right now replacing one tag requires the user to use the -w flag and add every existing tag anew while changing one of them with a new version. 
This makes the tool unsuitable for fixing typos in ogg tags.
