Description
On the homepage, The Yeoman Team lists about 20 people who've at some point been on the project's team. The list is so long that it pushes down the height of the homepage. Yet most -though not all- of those people are no longer active. Also, my name is not there 😄.
I think showing team member names & faces was a good "social proof" strategy when Yeoman was mainstream and under active development (see: yeoman/yeoman#1779). But the project doesn't need to "prove" itself anymore. The practice of putting team members on a project's homepage has also diminished greatly in the last decade - I don't know of any other major JS/TS ecosystem projects that still do that.
Proposal: how about we remove the team column, leaving more space for the rest of the page?
If we don't want to remove it, I'd suggest moving inactive members to a section named something like "Alumni" with a little smaller size.
