A Relationship Manager’s performance in selling packages and serving customers effectively will be measured through use of a feedback tool known as “360-degree feedback” taking into account customer and manager feedback and will include skill level and points of improvement.
Customer Satisfaction will also be measured through this tool, to increase participation rate from customers, feedback will be incentivised by promotions such as entering a raffle draw.
Other things tracked will be: Call times and packages/s sold.
