Remove auto join spectator team

When you connect to the game, it immediately switches you to spectator mode, and you sit under the map until you call up the team selection window yourself.

At this stage, I think it's better to leave everything as it is. Not everyone wants to join right away, perhaps because they don't want to kick anyone out because of privilege. Or it might be better to leave it as configurable parameter.

I understand what you're saying but the problem created from this is that the player will need to open the teammenu manually which is uncomfortable

I think you could create a new configuration option to enable/disable the logic instead of simply removing it from the code.

I think it's an option for everyone's comfort but not the full solution, my solution is not the right solution

i just added the config option for this feature
