• Fixed preview panel flashing and layout churn when switching between Markdown files.
• Reused the remembered preview group when reopening the preview, reducing cases where docked previews reopened at the bottom.
• Stopped hidden preview tabs from auto-revealing when switching Markdown editors.
• Added a rerender when the preview becomes visible again, which fixes stale or incorrect CSS after returning to a hidden preview tab.
• Simplified command naming:
  • Open Preview is now the primary preview command
  • Open Preview in Current Group is the explicit same-group variant
