🛠 Changes

• This pull request updates three lambdas that use the cdap function module:
  1. API Waf Sync
  2. Alarm to Slack
  3. ECR Cleanup
• commit hashes update to latest for function module
• "arm64" architecture specified when deploying for "dpc" app

ℹ️ Context

• [DPC-5295] move "arm64" to a variable so services can incrementally opt in #442 Updated the function module to accept architecture as a variable
• This expands off that PR to update three lambda functions to use arm64 for the DPC team.
• This PR is not intended to cover lambdas that do not use the function module - a more exhaustive list of lambdas migrating to arm64 for DPC are covered in Confluence Doc HERE
