Look-up app by name

Thanks to everyone on the MPU forum for coming up with great ideas!

If you don't provide a unique bundle identifier like com.apple.textedit, OpenAny now searches in all well-known application paths for .app bundles with a matching name, so you can launch apps via openany://app/TextEdit instead!

Open any app, and any file-with-any-app, via URL scheme

Initial release.

Supports:

• /file/open?...
