Purpose

Remove some test cases that are not useful anymore:

• ZonallyAsymmetricSST and relevant tests: We don't need this option anymore. We can use RCEMIP for mock-walker circulation.
• Several aquaplanet with 1M microphysics. Our initial condition is dry, and these simulations run for a short time, so there is no liquid or ice at the end of the test. We can use RCEMIP for more meaningful test of 1M microphysics.
• A few prognostic EDMF cases that are redundant
• A few autodiff cases that are redundant
• RCE box with diagnostic EDMF: This is added to test RCEMIP setup, which can be replaced by the CRM case now.
• Also remove several functions in ci_plots that are not used anymore.

There are some more jobs I want to remove, but I will talk with others and do it in future PRs.
