make plots pretty

pretty the plots in aida calibrations

• color blind friendly
• centered titles
• calibrated coefficients plots shows ensemble members + mean
• TODO - fix indexing on parcel plots so it's neater (i.e. 0.00005 to scientific notation)
• TODO - recolor lines in parcel plots to be consistent with overview plot
• TODO - make parcel plots cleaner but only labelling x-axis on bottom plots
