My comment on the other PR about buttons with green shadows not being a recognised convention for hyperlinks is underlined by this code, where the same UI convention is now not a hyperlink. We should be consistent.

There are links on the page which we're expecting trainees to follow, and links which are for CYF maintainers. I think. Not 100% sure. If this is the case we should make it clear.
