Summary

  • Adds GETTING-STARTED.md — a top-to-bottom onboarding guide for the ColoredCow team on using Claude (Chat, Code, sub-agents, limits, models, prompting, Google Chat connector, and billing)
  • Organises all referenced screenshots into a dedicated images/ folder with descriptive names instead of generic image-N.png
  • Covers setup of the three ColoredCow agents (Business Analyst, Implementation Planner, Implementation Executor) and how to contribute back

Test plan

  • All images render correctly in the markdown preview on GitHub
  • All links in the document resolve (claude.ai, engineering-recipes repo, agents)
  • Image filenames match their alt text in the document

Fix incorrect commands (claude init → /init, /agent → /agents),
normalize ColoredCow casing, clarify Google Chat (not Slack),
add skills coverage, link single-source setup prompt in claude/README.md,
soften model claims, and tighten minor wording.

Add AI-native framing in intro plus a 'Why this matters' section and a
'What good looks like' sidebar. Reframe code review cost callout, contribute
loop, model choice, two-accounts section, and other-tools section toward
ownership, cost discipline, and strategic curiosity. Tighten passive voice.

Extend 'Why this matters' with a fourth principle — AI as thinking partner,
not just typing assistant — and reinforce it in the 'What good looks like'
sidebar.
