# Weekly Dev meeting

When: 2/12/25, 22:30 UTC.
Present: Aapeli, Chris, Dieu, Goerge, Iason, Jesse, Nicole, Tristan, Vas

# Notes

* Chris: went to Monday.com info session and has a lot of ideas on what it could be used for
* Iason: christmas party this weekend
* Aapeli: we sent a donation email and made $1072 in ~36 hours!
* Aapeli: we had some new signups!
* Nicole: we're getting close to an internal alpha mobile app
- it would be downloaded from testflight and similar
* Aapeli: we want to make bug reporting better as the mobile app comes to be
* Aapeli: LLM-related stuff

* What everyone's working on:
- Chris: lots of updates at the start, Monday.com info session, updated roadmap, added donation slider in merch shop, translations
- Aapeli: core stuff, thermometer, mobile push notifications backend, claude stuff, fixed some small bugs, release notes tagger, postal verification, volunteer management/badges/etc, swag fix, more translations, editor APIs, moderation related stuff; working on photo gallery, UMS, mobile stuff
- Nicole: donation email & thermometer, mobile stuff (offline friendliness, biometrics/face id, push notifs, cleanup/readme stuff), bug fixes, password visibility toggle, added Hungarian; working on testing on android simulator, adding some mobile tests (we should eventually add them to CI), final push to get an initial cut on TestFlight
- Tristan: Worked on host request limit on the backend PR. Interested in doing stuff on the CI side. Next: Needs a new ticket.
- Dieu: Created a PR to fix messaging UI on large screens. Next: Needs a new ticket, will look at TODOs on board.
- Jesse: Updated filters in chatwoot to automate and sort more pressing cases, dealing with uptick in emails since donation email went out, moderation stuff. Next: Still moving, but wants to update help pages - how to get host requests, strong verification walk-through, etc.
- Vas: Submit a few bugs and did some testing, kept translation up to date. Next: Submit more found bugs, do testing as needed.
- Iason: christmas event; give Iason a task and he will do it
- George: was on vacation, went over figma file and links shared; will be working on the decline flow, may need some guidance on figma
