Additional changes for Minirun5 beta2:

1. segment_id in backtracked hits is now segment_ids in flow
2. segment_ids are now initialized with -1 and event_id in segments/trajectories is unique. Exploit that to get the ids using an easier/quicker method instead of dictionaries

Handles data

1. Tested with mod1 data and mpvmpr files
2. genid propagated for secondaries
3. nu vertex name change for MR5 beta2
4. Also includes some cleaning
