Lightweight or debugging runs were impossible because the CLI always forced sharding, dask, and validation on. Branch
fix/cli-toggle-flagsfixes that:--enable-sharding,--dask-cluster, and--validate-outputare now true toggles (BooleanOptionalAction), so you can explicitly turn them off with--no-enable-sharding,--no-dask-cluster, or--no-validate-outputwhile keeping the same defaults
