Emulator still gets a default icon, because it was a different wmclass. I think this can be only changed when it gets the same wmclass as the companion main window.

Fixes #
Gnome Desktop Environment requires the StartupWMClass. If its not present it will not show the application icon in the taskbar or task switcher. It will show a default icon instead then.
