This reverts commit 3347dd9.
Added a basic encounter timer that was similar to Elles' WeakAura back in 2022. Thought it may be useful here. Designed with performance in mind of course :)

Had to see if I could bring it into your addon suite, and I did! I hope I did a good job.
Still requires thorough testing before release, but enjoy playing around with it.
