⚠️ Datastore changes:

For the moment only for NHWA_DQI_001 program

• Key programs with an array of programs (with code, datasets and name) (for new programs they will be added to the array through app in program configuration page). --> check json in ticket with NHWA program added to the array
• For program metadata: a key per program (for new programs this will be created through app in program configuration page) programs-PROGRAM_CODE --> check json in ticket for NHWA
• For program settings (default and the current for NHWA) (for new programs this will be created through app in program configuration page): settings-PROGRAM_CODE --> check json in ticket for NHWA
• New key programs-template with tamplate program config --> check json in ticket. This template is has all the metadata codes needed for a data quality issues program but with "PREFIX". When the metadata of a new tracker program is created before being configured in DQ app, it must have same codes that appears here but replacing PREFIX by a prefix that represents the program

📝 Implementation

• Make app generic but with some manual configurations in datastore
• Add settings page to allow user to configurate the datastore configs
• Allow user to download a metadata package template to change prefix and import metadata --> In other task
• Load periods according dataSet periodType (right now we only have support for year) (Add Monthly and Quarterly) --> In other task

Note 2: only default orgUnits settings are applied; endDate and startDate were not implemented in the original application and have not been implemented at this time --> To be implemented in another task

🔥 Notes to the tester

Need to have at least one program created using the metadata package attached in the task. Be sure to configure the program's access to all countries and the global organisation unit.
