src/main/resources) are not copied tobuild/resources/mainpath when executingFregeRepl. You can achieve that by runningbuildbefore executingfregeRepl, but it would be nice iffregeReplcould depend onprocessResources.build/resources/mainpath (or executebuildtask), resources are not included in the classpath at runtime when executingfregeRepltask.
