Changes

• wiki-fix.patch: Git patch correcting Standalone Instance.md line 48 to reference GalaxyBotTeam/galactic.ts/issues
• WIKI_FIX_README.md: Instructions for applying the patch to the wiki repository (manual edit or git apply)

Note

The wiki is maintained separately at galactic.ts.wiki.git. The patch has been tested and applies cleanly but requires wiki access to deploy.

Wiki is maintained in a different repository. So this PR is useless here, ill take them over to the wiki tho
